If it's not an emergency situation, but you or someone you care about needs mental health or substance use disorder services:
- Call our Entry, Assessment & Referral Services Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at 703-383-8500, TTY 711. Staff can take calls in English and Spanish, and can access interpreters for other languages when needed.
- Walk-in at the Sharon Bulova Center for Community Health for an assessment, Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
If you are a professional/provider who would like to refer an individual to the CSB, please complete and submit the online CSB Referral Form and Authorization to Request Protected Health Information form (Spanish language version also available).
