This annual report features the CSB’s key accomplishments and successes by the people we serve, who are at the heart of everything we do. Some FY 2026 highlights include:

- Permanent Supportive Housing expansion fully launched in collaboration with local, state, and community partners to increase long-term, stable housing options for individuals with complex mental health needs. Since launching, there have been 27 individuals housed, additional placements are pending.

- The Addiction Medicine Clinic launched the county’s first substance use disorder urgent care, which expanded operations to seven days per week.
- Regional services expanded with the opening of the Regional Crisis Receiving Center in Woodbridge (adding 32 recliners and 32 crisis beds – 16 each for adults and youth) and the Northern Virginia Adolescent Treatment Center in Chantilly (adding 16 residential beds).
