Pennino Building Closed Temporarily

Alert:

The Pennino Building (12011 Government Center Parkway, Fairfax, VA 22035) will continue to be closed for the next couple of months, at least. The earliest the building will reopen will be in the summer. See this update: Pennino Building Closed Through Spring

CSB services will remain fully operational during this closure.

  • If you would like to speak to someone about starting Developmental Disabilities Services, please call 703-324-4400 (TTY 711) and ask to speak with an intake coordinator. Learn more about Development Disabilities services.

  • If you would like to make a payment, you can pay online. If you need to make a payment in person, please visit the location where you received services or call our billing office at 703-324-7026 for help. For more billing information, see the CSB Guide to Paying for CSB services.

  • To reach the Community Services Board administrative front desk, please call 703-324-7000.

For other CSB support, please call Entry and Referral at 703-383-8500. The hours are Monday-Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

For emergency mental health or substance use issues, walk-in services are available 24/7 at the Sharon Bulova Center for Community Health or by calling 703-573-5679.
