Massage Establishments

The Fairfax County Health Department regulates, permits and inspects all massage establishments in Fairfax County. Starting Jan. 1, 2026, massage establishment permits issued by the Department of Cable and Consumer Services are no longer valid. Massage establishments must apply for a new 2026 permit with the Health Department.
