Waitlist Applications are Open!

Apply on Rent Cafe to join a waitlist for select affordable properties:

  • Indigo at McLean Station at 1750 Old Meadow Road, McLean, VA 22102, two-bedroom units (8 Project Based Vouchers units)
  • Fairfax Crest at 12020 and 12040 Government Center Parkway, Fairfax, VA 22030, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom units. (14 Project Based Vouchers units)

The Fairfax County Redevelopment and Housing Authority (FCRHA) is accepting pre-applications for multiple family Project-Based Voucher (PBV) waiting lists for two (2) newly constructed privately owned housing properties, Indigo at McLean Station and Fairfax Crest.  Please see below for more information.  For information on how to apply to other units at these properties that are not included in this waiting list opening, please contact the leasing properties directly.

Eligible applicants must be 18 years and older and earn less than 30% AMI (see Income Limits chart below). The Project-Based Voucher (PBV) program limits the household’s contribution towards rent to no more than 35% of adjusted income.
