📍Homewood Suites, 1735 Business Center Drive
Developer EYA will present and answer questions about it's proposed redevelopment of 49-acres at Lake Fairfax Business Center. They plan to remake this largely vacant suburban office park into a residential community with apartments, condos, and detached and stacked townhomes and open space and 4.59-acres of parks. This office center sits north of Sunset Hills Road along the intersection with Business Center Drive.
To allow residential development on this property, the Site-Specific Plan Amendment for the business center first must be approved before the redevelopment proposal can be considered. The Planning Commission is scheduled to hold a public hearing on the amendment on July 16, following by the Board of Supervisors' public hearing on August 25.
