Inova and Fairfax County staff will provide an overview of this joint rezoning application, as well as answer questions. The redevelopment plan includes a new library, homeless shelter, central green, housing and future recreation center and athletic field. This initial rezoning proposal aims to establish a layout for nine new blocks including a central green, street grid, and streetscapes throughout the future development.
The 47-acre site is bounded by Baron Cameron Drive, Fountain Drive, Town Center Parkway, and New Dominion Parkway.
