Please refer to the following link: Criteria to Qualify for Project Management Services
While a time savings cannot be guaranteed, past projects have experienced more efficient processing due to enhanced focus on mutual accountability in communications, quality and schedule.
There is no fee at this time, but this may change in the future.
Some projects are discussed on our testimonial page. Please contact the Project Management Program at 703-324-3013, TTY 711, to discuss other example projects with a project manager.
Project managers can be involved at any phase of the project, from concept to occupancy and throughout bond release. Our Project Managers have extensive experience in land development and can therefore identify potential obstacles early on in a project, which can help to prevent delays in the development timeline. The program is available to projects in the entitlement process, site plan review, building plan review, construction and at bond release.
