While a time savings cannot be guaranteed, past projects have experienced more efficient processing due to enhanced focus on mutual accountability in communications, quality and schedule.
There is no fee at this time, but this may change in the future.

The program can apply to any or all remaining phases of a project that Fairfax County reviews, approves and permits, depending on the approach used. The team will work with the applicant to identify appropriate phases for Project Management involvement.
None. The project manager’s duties are to facilitate communication and coordinate between different stakeholders. Each individual agency coordinator/lead is responsible and makes decisions for that agency.
