You are eligible for early retirement if you are under age 55, with 20 or more years of creditable service.
Your normal retirement benefit is equal to 2.8% of your average final compensation times your years of creditable service. Plans A & B - the total benefit is then increased by 3%. Plan C does not have the 3% increase.
