Wastewater Management and Solid Waste are collaborating for the HACAN Morning Star Program at the Woodrow Wilson Library. The Hispanics Against Child Abuse and Neglect (HACAN) organization coordinates a Morning STAR Program that is catered to kids from pre-K to 8th grade. The focus of this program is to provide a blend of STEAM, reading, and other enriching activities.
