Caring for a loved one is not easy.  Many caregivers aren’t sure where to turn for encouragement and advice, not to mention how to manage their own mental health and well-being.  Case Managers with Inova ElderLink share resources this program offers to older adults and family caregivers.  Local resident Susan Smith shares her experience with the Matter of Balance class and how it benefits her.
