Icon Description automatically generatedThe Healthy Communities Dashboard is the second dashboard now published to support the implementation of the Fairfax Countywide Strategic Plan.  Each of the 10 outcome areas of the Countywide Strategic Plan will have its own dashboard to highlight headline metrics that will inform and guide community leaders, practitioners and advocates in making data driven decisions. This video provides a tutorial on how to navigate and use the dashboards, highlighting Healthy Communities as an example.
