On May 4th, Huntley Meadows Park celebrated Wetlands Awareness Day and its 50th anniversary with fun activities and wildlife exhibits. County leaders were on hand for a proclamation and marked anniversaries for the Park Authority and Historic Huntley, highlighting the importance of wetlands and the park's conservation efforts.
