WMCAI: 2017 Legislative Forum

The Washington Metropolitan Chapter Community Associations Institute presents the 2017 Virginia Legislative Forum: Legislating Successful Communities.  Legislation that is introduced every year that has a real impact on communities – how they operate and how they govern. What is the right balance of involvement for hard working community volunteers who bear the responsibility, the burden, and the liability for decisions that must be made to lead these communities?  A panel of legislators, homeowners, and community association professionals discuss current and upcoming legislation that can affect how local communities govern.
