The primary focus of the Community Policy and Management Team (CPMT) is to lead the way to effective services to children already at risk of experiencing emotional/behavioral problems-- especially those at risk or in need of out-of-home placements -- and their families.

The mission of the Fairfax-Falls Church CPMT is to provide leadership in the development of new concepts and approaches in the provision of services to children, youth and families of Fairfax County and the cities of Fairfax and Falls Church.
