- Include all the documents listed on Page 5 “Required Documentation” in the right-hand column, “Drawing Selection/Immediately Available Property.”
- Include the Household Spending Plan
- Include the No-Income Affidavit for any adult who does not have income
If you are not currently in the FTHB or WDU programs and do not currently have a valid T-code also:
- Complete the 5-step Process for either the FTHB Program or the WDU Program
- On your STEP 4 Form, the “Fairfax County Affordable Homeownership Program Application,” include all the documents listed on Page 5 “Required Documentation” of the left-hand column, “Initial Application.”
