Assuming Project is complete and/or ready for bond release when RUP/NON - RUP is issued
Authorization to release bonds and agreements are issued by SDID after obtaining all acceptances and approvals as shown on the plan
Sanitary sewer and site as-builts not submitted, reviewed or approved
Sanitary Sewer final not obtained
Water final not obtained
VDOT Street Acceptance Process not started or completed in a timely manner
VDOT Street Acceptance Process not initiated at the start of the project
Street Lights estimate not submitted, and/or paid
Outstanding proffers and post approval conditions
Final fire lane inspection not completed or expired
Final Urban Forestry inspection approval not completed
Certifications and Geo technical tests not obtained while the project is ongoing
Conservation deposit cannot be released before the bond
Conservation deposit cannot be reduced
Original signed Letter 18 not sent back to Bonds and Agreements Center
