Land Development Services (LDS) offers various ways to connect with staff from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 9:15 a.m. – 4 p.m. on Friday. Select the form of communication below that is best suited to you and your project.
Staff can answer questions and troubleshoot problems; however, the following transactions must be completed by customers online:
Building Permit Support includes anything related to the building itself or the trades (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
- Residential projects include decks, remodeling kitchens & baths, additions.
- Commercial projects include tenants occupying new spaces, interior alterations, new public buildings.
Site Permit Support includes anything related to the soil.
- Residential projects include decks, additions, detached structures.
- Commercial projects include additions, retaining walls, new public buildings.
