Regular hours for calls and emails are 8 a.m. – 4 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 9:15 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Friday.
Email & Phone Call Information
All emails and phone calls directed to the staff in the Customer Solutions Call Center and Permit Application Center will be routed to a central mailbox for distribution and responded to in the order of receipt.
All emails for Site Plan Review and Site Inspectors will be routed to Site Development Branch Chiefs for distribution.
