Scope: Renovation of the existing Police Station includes upgrades to the building systems, interior finishes, and expansion of the facility. Interior renovation work includes complete new layout. Exterior work includes reconfiguration of the parking lot and façade refresh. Construction is phased to allow the facility to remain functional during construction. The project is pursuing Net-Zero Energy Building Classification I.
