Scope - Project will improve stormwater drainage conditions and infrastructure, reduce localized flooding and erosion, improve water quality, and protect the adjacent Pimmit Run Stream. Project consists of the installation of approximately 6,300 LF of storm sewer, as well as stormwater management underground chambers, swales, and bioretention; installation of approximately 1,300 LF of sanitary sewer including lateral connections; utility relocations; site rehabilitation including pavement trench patching, milling and overlay, curb and gutter; and landscaping.
