On Saturday, November 1, from 2–4 p.m., the Fairfax County Park Authority hosted Aqua Flex ’25, a dynamic water fitness showcase held simultaneously at the Audrey Moore, Oakmont, and Franconia Rec Centers.

Adults eager to explore water-based exercise joined shortened Aqua Fitness classes led by expert instructors.

Participants sampled a variety of styles and intensity levels, discovering how fun and versatile aquatic workouts can be.

The event highlighted the Park Authority’s year-round Aqua Fitness programs available at all nine Rec Centers.
The atmosphere was inviting and energetic, encouraging everyone to jump in, try something new, and get moving in the pool.
