Fairfax County Park Authority held Aqua Flex '25, a water fitness event, on Saturday, November 1, from 2 to 4 p.m. The event took place at Audrey Moore, Oakmont, and Franconia Rec Centers. Adults interested in exploring water fitness tried out shortened Aqua Fitness classes led by instructors. The event gave participants a chance to experience different styles and levels of Aqua Fitness, which the Park Authority offers year-round at its nine Rec Centers.
