With more than 150 classes to choose from weekly and locations all over Fairfax County, you’ll be sure to find a class you enjoy! Classes are designed to offer low and high intensity options to accommodate all fitness levels. Choose the flexibility of the Aqua Flex Pass or reserve your spot in a class.
This membership allows you to attend any water exercise class schedules in the Parktakes magazine. After your class, your workout isn’t over; with this membership you can use the fitness room, pool, spa, sauna, and group fitness drop-in classes after your water exercise class.
You may also bring a friend with you by having an additional visit deducted from your membership when you check in. The pass is valid for four (4) months from the date of purchase.

Pool Calendar and Lap Lane Schedule
Spare your joints and get an impactful cardiovascular workout by lap swimming! The Park Authority strives to maintain a standard of at least three lap lanes available to the public whenever the pool is open.
These lessons give you individualized attention to help improve or master swimming skills. You set the agenda by working with the instructor to determine goals. Your lessons are customized to meet these goals.
