All applications will be evaluated, and organizations will be notified whether they were selected to participate within 10-15 business days.
We recommend that you review the application and complete it over time prior to submission. Before submitting an application, please verify that you have:
- Selected a preferred location for the EV charging station(s) (View "Identify Preferred Charging Locations" section)
- Completed the Application (View a PDF list of all questions.)
- Completed the Application Package Checklist
- Signed the Terms and Conditions
- Compiled all relevant attachments (Optional: Survey for participants (Download the sample survey)
The application must be signed and submitted by the president of the board of directors (or their authorized designee) and witnessed by a second individual from the board of directors or the organization’s management company.
