The application period for the Charge Up Fairfax program will close at 11:59 p.m. on Sunday June 30, 2024. All applications will be evaluated once the application period has closed.
Up to 8 communities will be selected for the Charge Up Fairfax program at this time. Community associations will be notified whether they were selected to participate within one month of the application deadline. OEEC plans to accept additional applications to participate in Charge Up Fairfax in Fall 2024.
We recommend that you download the application and complete it over time prior to submission. Before submitting an application, please verify that you have:
- Surveyed residents (Download the sample survey)
- Selected a preferred location for the EV charging station(s) (View "Identify Preferred Charging Locations" section)
- Completed the Application
- Completed the Application Package Checklist
- Signed the Terms and Conditions
- Compiled all relevant attachments
The application must be signed and submitted by the president of the board of directors (or their authorized designee from the board of directors or the community association’s management company) and witnessed by a second individual from the board of directors or the community association’s management company.
