How will my information be used or disclosed by Fairfax County?

Any e-mail or other correspondence sent to Fairfax Energy Compass or any other public official and/or employee of Fairfax County may be subject to disclosure under the Virginia Freedom of Information Act.

Resources and suggestions provided by the Energy Navigator are intended to be an informational source and may not include all relevant requirements and considerations specific to a resident’s situation. Fairfax Energy Compass and County staff cannot give legal, financial, or specialized technical advice that you rely on without consulting external experts. We encourage you to consult with the appropriate legal, financial, or technical professionals before beginning any work on your home.
