The Joseph Willard Health Center is temporarily closed on October 1, 2025, to allow for the construction of the Willard-Sherwood Health and Community Center Project, which is scheduled to open in September 2028.
During construction, services will be available at other Health Department locations.
The vital records office located at the Joseph Willard Health Center is also closed and will continue in select district offices.
