What is your feedback on revised WDU sales prices?

Background: The Fairfax County Board of Supervisors established a Workforce Dwelling Unit (WDU) For-Sale Policy Task Force to evaluate the WDU for-sale program. In October of 2023, the Task Force reached consensus on several recommended changes including revisions to the initial WDU sales prices.

Public Comment Requested: Fairfax County is opening a period of public comment to review and provide feedback on the revised WDU sales prices.
