Land Development Services (LDS) updated the Surety Value Estimate (SVE) form to include better instructions regarding the required pre-bond reduction meeting between the applicant and the assigned site inspector to provide additional clarity on the streamlined bond reduction process.

As a reminder, the pre-bond reduction meeting must be completed and documented through a passed Bond Reduction Pre-Submission inspection in PLUS before submitting a formal bond reduction request.
