The Fairfax County Park Authority (FCPA) is considering a potential Grist Mill Park Barn Redevelopment in accordance with the Public-Private Education Facilities and Infrastructure Act of 2002, as amended (PPEA). Under the provisions of the PPEA, following acceptance of an unsolicited proposal, FCPA is inviting other private entities to submit competing proposals for simultaneous consideration, to plan, design, renovate, and operate the FCPA-owned property known as the Grist Mill Barn, located at 4710 Mount Vernon Memorial Highway, Alexandria, in the Mount Vernon District.
