Why Register?
Stay Informed:
Department of Procurement and Material Management uses eVA, the Commonwealth of Virginia's electronic procurement portal to electronically notify registered vendors of upcoming procurement opportunities.
Electronic Notice of Solicitation:
Once the solicitation package (RFP or IFB) has been approved by the buyer, it is posted to the eVA website and eVA emails a 'Notice of Solicitation' (NOS) to vendors who have registered with matching commodity codes.
More Opportunities:
eVA registration enables vendors to view solicitation opportunities with state and local governmental entities across Virginia. In addition to formal solicitations, Fairfax County also uses eVA to purchase goods and/or services under $100,000 utilizing the QuickQuote process. Click the eVA link above and navigate to their Virginia Business Opportunities page to view current opportunities.
