Scope - Project purpose is the addition of a left turn lane and channelizing the right turn lane on Terminal Road eastbound approach to Fairfax County Parkway. The proposed design maintains the existing drainage features to the extent possible and incorporates proposed drainage features, as needed, to maintain existing drainage patterns.
