Scope - The Fairfax County Department of Transportation (FCDOT) submits this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit consultant firms/teams interested in serving as the Prime Consultant for Construction Support, and Independent Quality Assurance, Verification, Sampling and Testing (IQAVS&T) Services for the Richmond Highway Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Project.
A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held at FCDOT, 4050 Legato Road, Suite 400, Fairfax, VA 22030 on August 27, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. local time.
All Statements of Qualifications must be delivered no later than October 8, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. local time.
