Fairfax County Retirement Systems: Employees' | Police Officers | Uniformed --- As stewards of the three defined benefit retirement systems of Fairfax County, it is our mission to provide excellent oversight and accountability for the funds under our care, and to provide the best-possible customer service to all members of our systems. We do so under the leadership of each systems' Board of Trustees, who themselves are made up of employees, retirees, County officials, and citizen appointees.
