Join Us for National Night Out!
New for 2026!
The Fairfax County Sheriff's Office is excited to launch our first independent National Night Out initiative, bringing deputies and the communities we serve together for an evening of fun, fellowship, and partnership. We're excited to build new traditions, strengthen community partnerships, and meet residents across Fairfax County.
National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that strengthens relationships between law enforcement and the neighborhoods we serve. It's an opportunity to meet your local Sheriff's Office personnel, connect with neighbors, and celebrate the partnerships that help keep Fairfax County a safe and welcoming place to live.
Whether you're planning a neighborhood block party, HOA gathering, apartment community event, faith-based celebration, or business-sponsored event, we'd love to be part of it.

Register Your Event
To help us coordinate visits from Sheriff's Office personnel, please register your National Night Out event no later than Tuesday, July 28, 2026.
While we will do our best to attend as many events as possible, registration does not guarantee a Sheriff's Office visit. Events will be scheduled based on staffing, location, and operational needs.
