Northern Virginia Soil and Water Conservation District Alert:
At this workshop, you will learn tips and tricks for successfully composting with worms and build your own worm composter to take home. Each worm composter will include two stacking bins, worm bedding (a mix of compost, shredded paper, and coconut coir), and red wiggler worms. The completed bins will be roughly 15 inches long, 20 inches wide, and 20 inches tall in size. Register online – cost is $10.
