DMV offers outreach to Virginia residents in Fairfax County with DMV Connect. These services are periodically scheduled at the Government Center and other places in the area. To see a complete schedule, visit the DMV's website.
DMV Mobile Operations Schedule
During scheduled visits to the Government Center, DMV Connect will be inside the building.
Hours of operation are 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- There are no visits currently scheduled.
DMV Connect offers limited DMV services, including:
- ID cards - Virginia state IDs, veterans' IDs, child IDs
- Driver's licenses
- Apply for REAL ID compliant driver's licenses and IDs
- Vehicle titles and registrations (DMV Connect can process title transactions but cannot print titles. Title processed by DMV Connect will be mailed to customers.)
- License plates
- Driver transcripts
- Disabled parking placards or plates
- Address changes
- Virginia vital records (Birth, death, marriage, and divorce certificates are mailed.)
- Passenger vehicle and CDL knowledge testing (not available at all visits)
- E-Z Pass transponders
- Hunting and fishing licenses
