CSB's BeWell team is hosting the first in a series of health and emotional wellness workshops on Thursday, January 31 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Merrifield Center. This hands-on, free community workshop will focus on how food, exercise and sleep affect one’s health, mood and behavior: “You Are What You Eat & What You Do: How Food, Exercise and Sleep Affect Health, Mood and Behavior."
