All filings submitted on a case currently showing a bankruptcy stay must be accompanied by correspondence, with signature and printed name of filer, stating that the bankruptcy has been dismissed or relief has been granted from the bankruptcy stay.
The party shall include a copy of the order dismissing the bankruptcy or granting relief with the above correspondence. The correspondence shall also include the case number, the names of both parties, and the date of the judgment.
The request will be reviewed by a judge. If approved, the clerk's office will then update the case reflecting the relief from the bankruptcy stay.
