Fairfax County Clerk's Office
The Fairfax County Clerk's Office can assist with Fairfax County, Town of Herndon, and Town of Vienna cases.
The Clerk's Office is open from 8 A.M. to 4 P.M., Monday through Friday. It is located at 4110 Chain Bridge Road, Fairfax, VA, 22030.

Town Courts
Fairfax County General District Court judges also hear cases in the Town of Herndon and the Town of Vienna. Only traffic and criminal misdemeanors and infractions are heard at these courthouses.
The Town of Vienna and Town of Herndon courthouses are staffed by clerks from the Fairfax County Courthouse. All questions, payments, and filings are handled by the same office and phone numbers as County cases.

City of Fairfax Court
The City of Fairfax Court has its own clerical staff, and handles its own payments and filings. Judges from the Fairfax County General District Court visit the City of Fairfax Courthouse to hear cases.
