For Defendant Requesting a Copy:

Request accepted by phone, email, postal mail, or in person.
Copies can be mailed via postal mail ONLY if the party can verify the address on the summons or warrant.
- If verified, copies will be mailed to that address. If party requests copy to be mailed elsewhere a Change of Address form must be completed and received PRIOR to the copy being mailed.
- If NOT able to verify, party must come to the courthouse to obtain a copy in person OR have someone else come in to pick it up for them.

For Parties to the Case (i.e. Victim, Officer, Complainant):

For a Law Firm Requesting a Copy:

Copies can be mailed via postal mail ONLY if request is made on Office "Letterhead" or picked up in person.

For a Federal or State Agency Requesting a Copy:

Request accepted by email, postal mail or in person.
Copies can be mailed via postal mail ONLY if request is made on Office "Letterhead" or picked up in person.
