It’s the season of giving. Stronger2 and its partners have been busy hosting health literacy events, volunteering, and working to ensure their communities had access to a healthy holiday meal.

Stronger2 partner Fundación Los Niños de Maria, Inc. also incorporated food donations into their work with the community. Niños celebrated the season of giving by providing Thanksgiving meal supplies to families in need after one of their regular health literacy classes at Hybla Valley Community Center

While the core purpose of Stronger2 is to promote health literacy in communities of color, the Stronger2 team and its partners go beyond this in their work in the community.
