ePaper Building Submissions

All submissions are now done through PLUS. The ePaper portal has been discontinued at this point. Please visit the PLUS page for further information on the new process. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

If you began your permit application via paper submission, or prior to March 25, 2020, refer to the information below.

LDS No Longer Accepting ePaper Building Plans after October 30

Land Development Services (LDS) will no longer accept ePaper building plans after Sunday, Oct. 30, 2022. Effective with the launch of Planning and Land Use System (PLUS) Release 4 on Monday, Oct. 31, 2022, all plans will need to be submitted through PLUS.

All resubmissions and corrections related to ePaper plans must be submitted before October 31. FIDO will be retired as of Sunday, Oct. 30, 2022. Read more about PLUS.

If you need to resubmit an ePaper plan after October 30, you will need to do so through PLUS.
