The Criminal Investigations Division (CID) is responsible for investigating a broad range of complex and serious crimes, including residential and commercial burglaries, robberies not involving weapons, malicious woundings, stalking, and grand larcenies, among others. Each district station is staffed with dedicated detectives assigned to CID who investigate crimes within their respective district.

CID is also comprised of the Missing Persons and Extradition Squad. The Missing Persons Squad is responsible for investigating cases involving missing, runaway, and abducted individuals.

For contacting our detectives, each district CID uses their station line for calls. Please see the table below for links and phone numbers to each station.
