Project Description
The Park Terrace Manhole project will repair or replace approximately 300 feet of gravity sewer pipe and install manholes to ensure reliable service of the wastewater collection system.
Project Background
The County discovered that a manhole originally installed at 7401 Park Terrace Dr was replaced with a sweeping ninety-degree turn using 22.5-degree bends in the late 1970s. The upstream and downstream sections of pipe cannot receive required maintenance without this manhole in place. Recent inspections of existing pipes around 7311, 7401, and 7403 Park Terrace Dr. further confirmed they are in poor condition.
