Scope: The County of Fairfax, Virginia, Department of Public Works, and Environmental Services (DPWES) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from engineering consulting firms to provide engineering services and services during construction for full replacement of a 4 million gallons per day (MGD) with potential future capacity of 6 MGD sanitary sewer Dead Run Pump Station.
