NVSWCD Board Meeting

The Northern Virginia Soil and Water Conservation District (NVSWCD) is governed by a five-member Board of Directors. The board meets on the fourth Tuesday of the month at 9:30 a.m. Board meetings are open to all. Meetings are held in a hybrid format both in-person and on Teams.

 

NVSWCD also holds meetings for four committees:

  • The Executive Committee meets prior to most regular board meetings on the fourth Tuesday of the month at 8:30 a.m.
  • The Technical Review Committee meets on the third Tuesday of every month, usually starting at 10:00 a.m.
  • The Legislative Committee meets eight to nine times per year, as needed, on the second Wednesday of the month, usually starting at 12:00 noon.
  • The Finance Committee meets on an as-needed basis.
