Fairfax County Employment Services, in collaboration with The SkillSource Group, Inc. and Virginia Career Works – Northern, invites you to participate in the Future Forward: Federal Talent Transition Career Fair on Thursday, February 26, 2026. This event aims to connect local employers with highly skilled professionals affected by recent changes in the federal workforce. As an employer, you'll have the opportunity to engage directly with experienced job seekers from diverse industries who bring a wealth of federal-level expertise, commitment, and adaptability—qualities that can make a significant impact on your organization’s success.

Both employers and job seekers can attend this event at no cost. We ask that participating employers come prepared to discuss current or upcoming opportunities and actively engage with job seekers throughout the event.
