The Pennino Building, 12011 Government Center Parkway in Fairfax, is closed until further notice due to damage caused by a water leak while remediation and repairs are completed.

Walk-in services are unavailable at this time. 

Visit one of our Human Services Centers in Alexandria, Annandale, or Reston. You can contact Department of Family Services Monday-Friday 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m. at 703-324-7500.

Notice to Sheriff’s Department and Private Process Servers: if you are attempting to serve any process (summons, subpoena, etc.) on the Department of Family Services or its employees please go to 12000 Government Center Parkway, Room 151C.

The Pennino Building, 12011 Government Center Parkway in Fairfax, is temporarily closed. Walk-in services are unavailable at this time. 

Visit one of our Human Services Centers in Alexandria, Annandale, or Reston. You don't need to enter a building to drop off documents. There are drop boxes available 24/7 outside each of our building locations.  You can also do many things online or by phone. You can contact Department of Family Services Monday-Friday 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m. at 703-324-7500.

The Fairfax Employment Resource Center (formerly VIEW Resource Center) in the Pennino Building is closed. Make a virtual appointment or visit one of our other locations in Alexandria, Annandale, or Reston.
