Most recently, she worked under the Children, Youth and Family division of the Department of Family Services, leading the BeFriend-A-Child Mentoring program and coordinating donations, including the Adopt-A-Family Holiday program.
Emily holds a degree in Public Administration and is a Certified Volunteer Administrator (CVA). She is a member of the Leadership Fairfax Class of 2012 and an alumnus of the American Express Leadership Academy with the Center for Creative Leadership. Her most recent prestigious achievement is being selected for the Sandra Lee Fitch Volunteer Administrator of the Year award by the Northern Virginia Association of Volunteer Administration.
In her free time, Emily enjoys engaging her family in volunteering in their community and exploring new and unique destinations.
